About Connie

Connie Kroskin is an independent marketing consultant who is strongly committed to helping businesses make the most of their brand and marketing so they can better connect with their A-list target markets. She takes the extra step of making sure it’s what those desired clients prefer in order to feel the business is their target provider.

Clients appreciate her recommendations and guidance that are sensitive to their requirements and preferences. She enjoys helping others create a brand that’s true to their business personality and goals. Many businesses have seen great success due to her comprehensive insight into their target markets and emotional drivers. Connie specializes in helping new businesses start off in the right direction by helping them find their focus and by helping them develop their marketing strategy. An accomplished fine art painter, her clients also appreciate her creative design aesthetic.

An award-winning creative leader with over 20 years experience, she spent most of her career as a Art Director and Creative Director at various ad agencies and businesses. She’s excelled at a variety of successful initiatives with many different types of clients, products and services, including B2B, B2C and Retail, due to her a strong focus on brand development and governance. Now as a consultant, her hands-on strategy, design and copywriting fulfillment truly give her clients a one-person ad agency experience.

Connie is active in the marketing and advertising industry as well as in her community. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer for South Lake BNI where she is also a member of the Marketing Committee. She is a Past Vice President of Minnesota Mensa, Past Marketing/PR Coordinator for Minnesota Mensa, Past Vice President of the Plymouth Arts Council, Past Marketing Committee Chair for the Plymouth Arts Council and Past Board Secretary for Galumph Theater. Also a skilled public speaker, her topics have included How to Advertise for Small Businesses, Marketing 101, Branding 101, and What Marketing Can Do For Your Business. Connie also leads a spiritual studies group at her church, Eckankar, where she has also led an Art Circle, and frequently volunteers her time.

Connie loves spending time with her son Erik, her cat Lila, and her great friends. She enjoys the arts, nature, rollerblading, biking and reading.
